I find that these courses are consistent with up to date information. I appreciate the ease of being able to access the CPE certificates. When expereiencing any technical issue on the site, it is easy resolved via an agent. Monika was very responsive and helped to immediately help me resolve the issue I was having with submitting my evaluation form. She even went the extra step to share my certificate in tchate.
